After your order has been successfully completed online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
A second e-mail will notify you once your order has been shipped.

Shipping

Orders are fulfilled and shipped usually within 48 hours from Monday to Friday.

Shipping choices
Thevanillashop.com provides you with several choices for shipping your items so that you may choose a service that meets your individual requirements.

Charge is determined by the delivery method you choose, the weight of the items, the size of the package, and the destination.
Shipping cost is calculated per item. Shipping charges will be adjusted for orders including multiple items.

US services
Fedex Economy 2-3 business days
Xpresspost 3-5 business days
Regular mail 6-12 business days
Please note that delivery times are indicative only, we cannot be made liable to delivery delays of shipping companies.

International services
Fedex Priority 1-3 business days

Changing shipping information
If an error is made in the shipping address, or needs to be changed, please notify us immediately at info@thevanillashop.com If the order has not yet shipped, we will be glad to make the necessary changes. However, if we already shipped the package, only shipment by Fedex can be re-routed. Extra fee will be charged to your credit card for this change.

Damaged items
All products are properly packaged before they leave our location. If you receive a shipment containing damaged items, please retain package and call Fedex or or your post office to file a claim for reimbursement.

International shipping
We ship worldwide. If you wish other shipment methods, kindly contact us.
Upon delivery of your package, it may be necessary for you to pay duty, taxes and brokerage fees.

Once a package leaves our location, thevanillashop.com is no longer responsible for any duties resulting from restrictions that governments may have towards the package.
The FDA randomly retains parcels and delays deliveries. Their inspection may, on occasions, led to variable additional cost for document processing. This is beyond our control and responsibility.


Canceling order

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason before it is shipped, please notify us at info@thevanillashop.com and you will receive a refund.

Once the package has been shipped, we cannot cancel your order.


Return/Refund

Only sealed merchandise will be considered. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking. Please notify us within 7 days by e-mail at info@thevanillashop.com of your desire to return an item. We will e-mail shipping instructions and a return authorization number.

When a Return Authorization number is issued, we must receive the item within 15 days. The return item must be with original packaging intact with a copy of the return authorization. Shipping charges must be prepaid.

Once the item arrived, a refund will be issued to the credit card used to place the order. The refund will appear on your bank statement.
There will be no refund on shipping charges.
Items returned without a Return authorization number will be refused and returned back to sender.

Our policies do not include refund for parcels delayed by the FDA or shipping companies.
If the package is declared lost by the investigation department of the shipping company, we would get a refund which would be conveyed immediately to the client.

TheVanillaShop.com shall not be responsible or liable for delivery delays of shipping companies. In no event shall ThevanillaShop.com be liable for delivery delays due to FDA inspection. Buyers consent to the jurisdiction and venue for any disputes to be a court located in Montreal, Canada.
