Vanilla Smoked Bacon Linguini

300g-11oz Sliced smoked bacon
350g-13oz Linguini or spaghetti
2 tablespoon Grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Vanilla Olive Oil
50ml-1/4cup Cream
50ml-1/4cup Water
1/2 Chicken bouillon cube

Cloves garlic, minced

1

Tomato, peeled and sliced

1 teaspoon Chopped fresh basil leaves
1 teaspoon Pure Ground Vanilla
  Salt - Pepper
 
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and reserve.
  2. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add bacon and stir-fry for 3 minutes until brown golden.
  3. Add garlic, cook for 1 minute. Add water and bouillon cube. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5-8 minutes to reduce liquid.
  4. Add parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, cream. Cook for 2 minutes and remove.
  5. Add Pure Ground Vanilla. Cover for 3 minutes.
  6. Add pasta to the sauce over medium high heat, stirring constantly during 3 minutes. Transfer to serving plates, top with fresh basil leaves and serve at once.
