Vanilla Daiquiri

3floz/80ml	Rum
1floz/30ml	Lime juice
1floz/30ml	Vanilla Syrup or Vanilla Honey or Vanilla Maple Syrup
	Ice
Shake or blend all ingredients and strain into glass.

Vanilla Vodka

2 serves
3floz/80ml	Vodka
1floz/30ml	Cream
2floz/60ml	Vanilla Syrup or Vanilla Honey or Vanilla Maple Syrup
	Ice
Combine all ingredients in a shaker or blender and strain in glass.

Vanilla Mango-Rum

2 serves
3floz/80ml	Rum
2floz/60ml	Mango nectar
1floz/30ml	Vanilla Nectar and Vanilla Sugar or Vanilla Syrup or Vanilla Honey or Vanilla Maple Syrup
	Ice
Shake and pour into glass.

Vanilla Pina Colada

2 serves
3floz/80ml	Rum
0.5floz/15ml	Coconut milk
1floz/30ml	Vanilla Syrup
1floz/30ml	Pineapple juice
	Ice
Combine all ingredients, shake and pour into glass.

Vanilla Royal Kir

2 serves
3floz/80ml	Champagne
0.5floz/15ml	Crème de cassis (blackcurrant liquor)
0.5floz/15ml	Vanilla Syrup
Mix well and strain into champagne flutes.

Virgin Cocktails

Vanilla Mixed Fruit Juice

4 serves
1	Banana
10	Strawberries
1	Melon slice
5floz/150ml	Apple juice
3floz/80ml	Vanilla Honey or Vanilla Syrup or Vanilla Maple Syrup
Combine all ingredients in a blender, grind until mixture is smooth. Pour into large glass. Garnish with strawberries.

Vanilla Mango

4	Mango slices
5floz/150ml	Apple juice
2floz/60ml	Vanilla Syrup or Vanilla Sugar or Vanilla Honey or Vanilla Maple Syrup
Grind all the ingredients in a blender until mixture is smooth. Pour into large glass. Garnish with mango slices.

Vanilla Pineapple-Passion

4 serves
1	Pineapple slice
2floz/60ml	Vanilla Syrup or Vanilla Sugar
5floz/150ml	Passion fruit juice
Combine all the ingredients in a blender, grind until mixture is completely smooth. Serve with pineapple on top.
