- Heat Vanilla Canola Oil in a large pot over medium high heat. Sauté the chicken thighs until browned, 3 to 5 minutes each side. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add garlic and onions. Cook until brown color. Add sliced tomato, water, mushrooms, cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Add Pure Ground Vanilla or Vanilla Nectar. Cover for 5 minutes.
Accompany with rice, pasta or potatoes.
